لاہور: ماہ رمضان المبارک کے آغاز کے موقع پر عالمی رہنماؤں نے مسلمانوں کو مبارکباد پیش کی ہے۔
امریکی صدر جو بائیڈن نے عالم اسلام کو رمضان کے بابرکت مہینے کی مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے امریکہ سمیت دنیا بھر کے مسلمانوں کیلئے نیک تمناؤں کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ جوبائیڈن نے اپنے بیان میں قرآن مجید کی ایک آیت کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ قرآن پاک ہمیں سکھاتا ہے کہ جو کوئی ذرہ برابر بھی نیکی کرے گا وہ اس کا اجر پائے گا۔
دوسری جانب اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل انتونیو گوتیرس نے بھی عالم اسلام کو ماہ صیام کی مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے قرآن پاک کا ذکر کیا اور کہا کہ ’قرآن پاک ہمیں سکھاتا ہے کہ خدا نے قوموں اور قبیلوں کو تخلیق کیا تاکہ ہم ایک دوسرے کو جان سکیں، آئیے ایک دوسرے سے سیکھیں اور مل کر ایک پرامن دنیا بنائیں۔‘ انہوں نے دنیا بھر کے مسلمانوں کیلئے رمضان کے مقدس مہینہ شروع ہونے پر نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کیا۔
